Monthly themes for devotionals
I try to do morning devotional with the kids in the morning, but we don't get to it everyday. I decided to create these monthly pages (the info comes from the Primary program outline) so that I can have them out for each month and we can repeat the scripture (every day maybe) and sing the monthly song. I had to share them because I was so excited at how nicely they turned out. The first page took a little bit of time, but the second one (and all the rest) will be really fast because I just use the first as a template.
I know it's probably obvious, but I am absolutely loving photoshop elements - the creativity factor is amazing - the amount of control I have over my design is endless.

They turned out lovely! I think this is a wonderful idea.
Yes...I can tell you love it! I am so glad! Photoshop can be frustrating...it is for me. I really need to take Jessica's class to help out with that, don't I. The pages look great, and I love that idea!
Love it! These are great! So creative and fun. We say the scripture nightly (the one for the month) and the kids (well, Weston and Aidan just a few) have all the scrips (from Jan to May) memorized! I am so suprised at kids ability to remember things! Great idea.
What a great idea! I love your layouts too. You are so good! I wish you could come teach me photoshop. I'm going to have to copy your ideas for devotional. You're awesome!
Man, Jenni--I want to learn how to do that but have no idea where to start, so for now my pics just go plainly in albums. . . and i am fine with that until i see yours and then i start to want more. . . such a cute family!
